When I saw the brief and inspiration page for this project, I responded ‘I’m IN!’ without hesitation. Such a beautiful theme layered with art and creativity on every level, and within every aspect.
Collaborating with other artists is a very exciting experience. For so many reasons. The endless positive energy, the pure love everyone is feeling in their pursuit to creating something beautiful, the feelings of complete satisfaction at the end of the day when you are completely exhausted, but so full of energy that you are buzzing from the excitement of having just been a part of creating something beyond increadible ~ that is timeless, and will remain forever and inspire feelings in others when they look at the images you have just helped create. When you have created a photograph, or any work of art, and you feel emotion, this is when you know you have created something beautiful beyond words, something magical.
Being invited by Keisha from Glass Slipper Photography to work with them as Hair and Makeup Artist on their project was an experience that has a place in my heart for so many reasons; mostly my appreciation for having been given the opportunity to contribute to creating such a beautiful series of photographs, a true work of art from all involved. Love.
